Hi,Today I would  like to discuss about the touchy subject which many People don't  like it but admit privately that they do accept that they copied from their parents.
Let me say most  of us pretend to love the other different people from us but fortunately  the constitution  and the bill of rights although  in some Countries  is subverted or others they use the same constitution  to frustrate the government  and perceived victims.They have best lawyers.

Take for instance the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia then Two Model State Israel and Palestine.These are the two major conflicts in our Life Time.Why are seemed insolvable? 

Now move here in Africa specifically  in Southern Africa.It is where you find People of the same language  are occupying  high postions where  we are brainwashed with education  of which they are right but racism came  first.I have seen in three Presidents where the racial cards where used.

Since you don't  speak the same language  with those in power  you have to work very although  that will not guarantee  a job.I congratulate  the Democrats in USA who took  a long stride to improve the racial harmony  in the government although  the Republicans  are crawling behind  in balancing racism.

The two war zones Ukraine and Russia are driven by language  dialect  of which there's undertone of undermining  and the racism spice.
The Israel-Palestine issue is  guided by mistrust.The language  which  is used here very strong from both sides which  scares each camp.
What should be done?
1.Lower the the abusive words from each side.
2.A School of Negotiations  with a specific  curriculum  contributed  from the three sides UN-Palestine-Israel where the young generations will grow with such mentality.That can be part of the Curriculum.
3.Mistrust should be gradually  be faded.The time frame should not be more than 5 years.
4.Both the two populations should be involved through seminars.
What about us in Southern  Africa?
The tribalism  have existed long before the Settlers came here.
Our problem is not so big.What is needed is to unleash the State Resources and become more responsible.

1.Refusing to Pay Civil servants above inflation.
2.Formulating lies that the government does not have money whereas the budget collection increases yearly.
3.Increasing salaries of the Parliamentarians with 3% whereas in monetary  terms is equivalent R5000 and above.
4.Not hiring  the Civil Servants.
That's what is happening  here.People will not eat a nice  English!
